Vendors and its agents shall confine presentation to specified location and space size set to 10×10 foot booth space. It shall not construct or place any material of any kind that extends behind the confines of the allocated space. Vendors understand this application is for SPACE ONLY.
Vendors have agreed to not sell any merchandise that violate the right to publicity or privacy of any person or which violates trademark, copyright, patent or design patent of any third party. Vendors will indemnify Brazilian Day San Diego and hold Brazilian Day San Diego harmless against any claims.
Brazilian Day San Diego reserves the right to assign booth spaces. Previous booth locations are not guaranteed. We limited the number of like booth spaces. Only booth spaces are provided.
Vendors must bring their own canopy, table(s), chair(s) and trash cans or rent for us.
Vendors must bring extension cords or 50ft or longer to access power.
Booth spaces are 10ft x 10ft. All canopies including their poles must fit within the 10ft x 10ft space.
If vendors require additional space for cooking or storage the vendor must arrange this in advance for an additional fee.
Vendors must provide trash receptacles for the waste generated by their booth.
All vendor booths are required to be keep clean and trash free.

Cancelation: No refunds if requested less than 30 days prior to the event. All other calculations will be charged 20% processing fee.
I certify that all products will be limited to the Vendor’s products and/or services. I agree that I will not sublease, transfer, resell, or permit this use of any part of the booth space with another Company or individual. I have read the rules and regulations governing the event. I agree, on behalf of the company , to follow these rules and regulation. I understand that there will be NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON.
